If the size is incorrect due to an error on our end, we will replace the item at no extra charge. However, if the mistake is due to your measurements, you may request an exchange, but a $25 shipping fee will apply. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange.

Custom kilts usually take between 12–17 days for delivery, depending on your location and the complexity of your order. If you need it sooner, we offer an expedited processing option for an additional $25, which ensures your order is processed within 2 days and delivered within 7–9 days. Each sport kilt is crafted carefully to ensure quality and a perfect fit.

To keep your kilts in top condition, we recommend dry cleaning for wool varieties, while cotton or polyester kilts can be hand-washed gently. Store your kilts in a cool, dry location and regularly brush wool items to remove any dust. When ironing, use low heat and a pressing cloth, avoiding direct contact with pleats.

Refunds are only offered if the kilts are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After 5 days, we won’t process refunds, but we can offer a replacement. Requests for refunds or replacements are not accepted after 30 days. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
