If the incorrect measurements were provided by you, we can still arrange an exchange, though a $25 shipping fee will apply. Be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your kilt to request the exchange.

Custom kilts are normally delivered within 12–17 days, depending on your location and the specifics of your order. Need it sooner? Opt for rush processing for an additional $25—this speeds up production to 2 days and delivers your kilt in around 7–9 days. Each piece is crafted with focus and care for top-quality results.


Do you ship battle kilts internationally?

Absolutely! We offer international delivery so you can get your kilt wherever you are. We work with reliable couriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, no matter your location.


How should I care for my battle kilt?

To maintain the quality of your kilt, we recommend dry cleaning if it’s made of wool. For cotton or polyester blends, gentle hand washing is fine. Store your kilt in a cool, dry place and brush wool items now and then to keep them clean. Always iron with a pressing cloth and low heat—avoid direct contact with pleats.


What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only issued for kilts that arrive damaged or faulty. If this happens, notify us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After that, we can offer a replacement instead. Requests for refunds or replacements won’t be accepted after 30 days. Contact us as soon as possible for support.
